Process and Methodology:
The Akasha Institute has developed a 10-step system and framework for corporate development. The system ensures the achievement of alignment between the founder, shareholders and stakeholders. It is based on a deeper understanding that a business becomes powerful when its offering is based on deep passion and interest and the creation of something deeply meaningful for everybody involved.
The corporate development system ensures that the shareholders and entrepreneurs get the system to fully influence and bring out their deepest interests. The ambition of the framework is to create meaningful business in flow, creating super profitable and competitive business while doing something good for the world. The Akasha Institute’s 10 step process for corporate development challenges the old term of work/life balance as it is strongly believed that you cannot be a whole person, if there is a split between who you are on your job and in your private life. There must be some vital connection. The 10-step process ensures that there is alignment between the shareholders, the entrepreneur and the company.
